McAdoo Consulting is a limited liability consulting company headed by Dr. Terrance McAdoo. Dr. McAdoo is trained in group dynamics and executive leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and a Master's degree in Management. He has worked as a workforce development specialist, a program consultant with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, a high school teacher, and currently works as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the state of South Carolina. He started McAdoo Consulting in conjunction with other leading scholars and professionals because he saw a need for diversity training, leadership development and ethics training for today's leaders.
